How do I create a profile?

Your profile is your Bitcoin Ordinal inscription. If you own an inscription, you automatically own a social identity. Connect your KrayWallet, navigate to your inscription's profile page, and you can set your bio and start posting immediately. Your inscription becomes your avatar and your identity.

Do I need KRAY tokens to participate?

Viewing is always free. Anyone can browse profiles, read posts, and explore content without any tokens. To interact (like, post, comment, repost), you need KRAY in your L2 wallet. You can obtain KRAY by depositing from Bitcoin L1, receiving likes on your content, or earning repost rewards.

What wallet do I need?

KrayWallet is required for social features because it supports both Bitcoin L1 and our L2 KRAY network. Other wallets like Unisat and Xverse can view content and verify ownership, but cannot perform L2 actions like liking or posting. KrayWallet is available as a browser extension and mobile app.

What happens to my KRAY when I like a post?

When you like a post, exactly 1 KRAY transfers from your wallet to the content creator's wallet. This is a direct peer-to-peer transfer on our L2 — instant, irreversible, and verifiable. The platform takes zero fees. 100% of your like goes to support the creator.

Can I delete my posts?

No — and this is intentional. Just like Bitcoin transactions, posts are permanent and immutable. This isn't a limitation; it's a feature. It means no one — not even us — can erase your voice. Think before you post, because your words become part of an unalterable historical record.

Can my account be banned or suspended?

No. Your identity is your Bitcoin inscription — a digital asset you own on the blockchain. No company, government, or platform can take it from you or prevent you from using it. As long as Bitcoin exists, your social identity exists. This is true censorship resistance.

Who owns my content?

You do. Completely. Your posts are signed with your private key and linked to your inscription. They exist on our L2 ledger, which is periodically anchored to Bitcoin. There are no terms of service that grant us rights to your content. What you create is yours — cryptographically provable and legally defensible.

What happens to the profile when I sell my inscription?

The inscription's entire history transfers with it. Every post, every like, every interaction remains permanently attached to that inscription — not to you. The new owner inherits the full legacy and continues the journey. Think of it like owning a historic building: when you sell it, its history doesn't disappear. The inscription has its own eternal life, independent of any single owner.

Is my data private?

All social actions are public on the blockchain — just like Bitcoin. We don't collect emails, names, phone numbers, or personal data. The only information visible is your wallet address and your signed actions. Your real identity is never required or stored. Pseudonymous by design.

How do you prevent fake likes and bot spam?

Every action requires a cryptographic signature from your wallet's private key. Without the signature, the action is rejected. This means bots cannot fake engagement unless they control real wallets with real KRAY. Combined with the cost per like (1 KRAY), spam becomes economically unfeasible. The math enforces authenticity.

Can someone like the same post multiple times?

No. Each wallet address can only like or repost a specific post once. Before processing any action, the system checks for existing records. Duplicate attempts are automatically rejected. This prevents manipulation and ensures every like represents a unique person's genuine appreciation.

Can I like or repost my own content?

No. The system prevents self-actions to maintain integrity. You cannot artificially inflate your own engagement or claim your own repost rewards. This ensures all metrics are authentic and all KRAY flows represent real value exchange between different users.

How is this as secure as Bitcoin itself?

We use identical cryptographic principles: ECDSA signatures for authentication, SHA-256 hashing for transaction IDs, and Merkle Trees for state verification. Every action generates a unique TXID recorded on our L2 ledger. Periodically, the Merkle root of all transactions is anchored to Bitcoin L1, inheriting its immutability.

What if someone tries to hack or attack the system?

Attackers face an impossible challenge: no valid signature = no action. They cannot forge likes without private keys. They cannot duplicate actions due to database checks. They cannot alter history because of Merkle verification. They cannot spam because it costs real KRAY. The system is protected by mathematics, not promises.

Can you guarantee my KRAY is safe?

The L2 KRAY system maintains 100% solvency at all times — every credit in circulation is backed by a verified deposit. The ledger is fully auditable, and any user can verify the total supply matches total deposits. Your KRAY exists as long as Bitcoin exists, and can always be withdrawn to L1.
